These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of merajyotish.in and the Services provided by MeraJyotish(“MeraJyotish”). By creating an account, purchasing a report, or chatting with an AI astrologer, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.

2. Nature of the Services

MeraJyotish provides astrology reports (delivered as digital PDF files) and AI-generated astrologer guidance in Vedic and Western traditions, available in Hindi and English for Vedic content. Astrology is a belief system offered for guidance, reflection and entertainment purposes. Reports and readings are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or other advice. See our Disclaimer for details.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Report purchases are one-time payments. AI astrologer chats are billed per message from your prepaid wallet.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We are not liable for issues arising from the payment gateway.
• We may revise prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

5. Wallet

Wallet balances are prepaid credits used to pay for AI astrologer messages. Each message deducts the applicable per-message rate. If a reply fails to generate, the charge for that message is automatically refunded to your wallet. Wallet credit has no cash value beyond use within the Services and is non-transferable.

6. Delivery

Reports are delivered digitally and made available in your dashboard, with a download link also sent to your registered email, typically within minutes of successful payment. See our Delivery Policy.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Because our products are personalised digital goods generated instantly from your birth details, all payments made on this platform are non-refundable, except where required by law or as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. Please review your birth details carefully before purchasing.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or disrupt the Services;
• Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit reports without our written consent; or
• Submit false information or another person’s data without authorisation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software and report templates on merajyotish.in are owned by or licensed to MeraJyotish and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your purchased report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeraJyotish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on a report or reading. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report or message giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to applicable law.
